- Kl1001 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.
- All activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Use a strong, unique password. We recommend changing your password regularly for better account security.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the kl1001 platform agree to comply with all rules and policies set out by the platform. The following is a list of responsibilities and prohibitions that must be observed at all times:

- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method.
- Deposited funds cannot be transferred to another user.
- Kl1001 is not liable for any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers.
- All deposits are processed in accordance with platform policies and may be subject to security checks.
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account that has been registered and verified under the same user's name.
- Kl1001 reserves the right to request proof of identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take up to three business days in certain cases.
- Any suspicious withdrawal attempts may be placed on hold for investigation purposes.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Miscellaneous

Kl1001 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for the following reasons without prior notice:

- Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
